Ritz Garden Hotel Ipoh, Ipoh

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location is superb, right in the heart of the town and within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, although some refurbishments could enhance the overall experience. The service, however, left much to be desired with some issues encountered, especially with the Indian lady staff. The dining options were passable, but improvements are needed to meet higher food hygiene standards. The hotel's facilities were decent but could benefit from minor upgrades.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days in Ipoh. The rooms were small, but surprisingly not noisy as some visitors complained. The breakfast served was moderate. However, there was a stain on the bed sheet on the 2nd floor. Overall, it was a decent stay planning to spend 2 days in Ipoh.

The hotel rooms need softener badly, but they are very big and clean. Unfortunately, they weren't hot despite being informed that they had been switched on late. The timing for cleaning up the room needs improvement.
